The Irish Setter is known for its ability to find 3 Quartz from the Mine. The event was leaderboard style with 1st-5th getting the Irish Setter. The Irish Setter was available from the Spring Scavenger Hunt event. The Hall of Fame Husky was available for winning gold in both the first & second event stages & replaced the Alaskan Husky. 
The event was a two stage leaderboard style with first place winning the farm hand.
The Alaskan Husky was available from the Farm Dog 500 event. Best in Show Angora Cat - available for placing in the top two positions for both the first and second stages. Angora Cat - Available from the Fall Harvest Feast event for finishing in the top two on an item crafting leaderboard. Based on player comments, it seems that many players won the Gold Cup, and yet never received a Golden Retriever Farm Hand. 
There is no record of any upgraded Farm Hand.
The Golden Retriever was available from the Green Thumb Games event in September 2014 for winning Gold. The following Farm Hands are permanent & stay with you.Ģ014 Green Thumb Games (September) Stayed with you for 30 days after the end of the event.
